Will break your scooter

Annoyed that I paid money for this. I used it for the first time to try locking my scooter and it locked it, but then wouldn’t unlock. So I attempted to disconnect and reconnect and now nothing will connect with it to unlock and I can’t turn off the scooter either. No idea what to do now... should have just stuck with the Mi Home app. Wasn’t expecting something like this to happen.
