JAYCOMMAND/TravelLINK for Android

This is a new version and I can’t use it to level the RV…it says list communication but I can use the app for everything else. I really need it though for the leveling because I can’t see the hitch when I’m tethered to the outside control panel. NOT GOOD

Like many, our brand new Jayco Open Range 2022 screen/tablet stopped working. We have had nothing but issues with this since we bought it. Now they are denying warranty because I unscrewed two screws to take a picture, that they requested, of the tablet serial number. Instead of helping the customer they find the easy way out to deny warranty and blame Jayco.

Slow, disconnects from motors pretty much every time, runs like crap on the android tablet in my Eagle HT. Would’ve gone with old school mechanical buttons if I could do it again. Infuriating product that triples the setup time of the camper. Jayco, ditch this.

It does show accurate info like temp, water and black tank levels. But as for controlling anything it’s useless. I pretty much can turn on lights if I’m lucky and need to be in the camper which is pointless. I have it hooked via the internet not just Bluetooth so it’s supposed to control everything remotely. Also I’m missing buttons that where supposed to be installed at the bottom of the unit. All I have is the screen. That’s not the apps fault though I’m working with dealer to remedy this

The app doesn’t even have my device available. So I just get stuck in a loop. Update it to the new devices!!!!
