I have tried multiple times to get into this app. Usually after 2 days i am already frustrated with it. It constantly changes my times from AM to PM or vice versa. I logged into it yesterday, monitored my fasting window, check my times and when i logged in This morning, it told me my fast started at 8am - 10 pm. Super frustrating. I would not use this app and regret giving it my time and money.
Day one. Cast to big screen to make easy to follow so landscape mode would be nice. Love that it genuinely caters for beginner so you don't feel useless and give up day one. Being able to just hit a button to extend rest time means you can get through all the exercises without giving up because you are too worn out. Day one but really please with app.
When you want to edit a plan, there arent enough exercises in them. There's no variety. You could add workouts for arms and upper body since there's a lot for the lower body (legs, thighs, etc).and user should be able to adujst warmup and how long it should be.The layout and design of the app feels a little stale. Overall this app is good, the intensity from the exercises feels properly balanced, and the inclusion of breaks as a "day" is an excellent addition. And adding warmups is a good idea.
Great app, its intuitive features make it fun to use. Downsides are it goes 30 days than you reset, would be nice to keep going in full calendar and adjust dynamically. Also whatever random generator they use to create routines is broken it typically spits out same excercises and also isn't very smart, it will schedule three sets of different crunches not realize it doesn't make sense. Also doesn't have logic to realize it makes you do alot of switching from ground to standing exercises.
