Won’t Pair

Will not pair with phone. Will not go to next step to add data so you can set up profile. Has one QR code in box for one app then another QR code on the watch for a different app. Won’t allow to change time directly from watch. The only thing it does well is track steps. All the other features are none existent if you can’t pair phone or enter data via app. Horrible customer service due to time differences. Do not buy until they resolve app and Bluetooth pairing issues. Period.

Downloaded this app and it would not let me pass where you adding your name and age height and weight the next button does not glow when you have completed the options on this page please fix

Doesn’t work as advertised. Zero support.

Watch with BP monitor, Amazon listing says to calibrate with app. As is it is inaccurate by 50 points. There is no way to calibrate with this app. The support button on this page is a mean practical joke. Solution: Return watch. Be sure to buy nothing that uses this app.

Cannot go past the creat profile

I have installed created my account and filled out the profile information but no matter how hard I try I can’t get it to except it and move forward… Big disappointment
