Login problems

I setup the account, was logged in for about 24hrs and then….”login expired, please login again” message pops up. So clicked login, again the message, started from scratch and again the message pops up. I read some reviews and noticed that customer service asked customers to call their 800 number. I did call the, and after a little bit over 35 min on hold I requested a call back. I have never received a call back. I will have to return the 3+ Helio watch since apparently the app is not working and customer service is not answering

Horrible

I go to log in to my account to do a couple things to my watch and I’ve been logged out of my account and can’t get back into it. It’s never done this to me until now? What do I do now? I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I Reset, and Nothing!!!!

I Reset the $50 Watch, and it Will Do Nothing Now, and EVER SINCE I DOWNLOADED THE APP I HAVE NEVER HAD AN UPDATE ON IT, & That Has BEEN OVER A YEAR AGO!!!! Most APP’s ARE UPDATED EVERY MONTH, & SOME UPDATE AT LEAST EVERY (3) THREE MONTHS, but NOT THIS ONE, or THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE AT LEAST 3 Different APP’s, and THEY DO NOT UPDATE THEM EITHER REGULARLY I HAD THERE $35 WATCH, & IT BREAKS TO EASY!!!! Oh YEA THE APP WON’T EVEN STAY ON WHEN YOU GO TO IT, & THERE OTHER APP’s ARE THE SAME WAY!!!!

Can't open app

I can open the app, it logs out in 1-2 seconds repeatedly tried. I used the app to see my weekly numbers. My watch works fine.
