This app is terrible. Sant Clara county should be ashamed for being the hub of worldwide tech and then field this piece of crap.
Just want to pay with e-check, a blank page jumps out the address is MasterCard.com. It does some other random things like trying to send an email about instructions. I have no confidence in this app to process money.
Like the easy way is making payment for the tax bill. The user experience of the app is super weak! It’s like in the 90! Typing me email blindly as it is covered by the keyboard. Why the app does not have an option to remember the address and bank account details?
