This app is great, so straightforward and easy to use! Makes it so much easier to schedule/manage my appointments and access my records. Well done 👍🏼

I recently transferred over to Northwell from my previous doctors. The app won’t verify my identity. I called tech support and was told I need to schedule an appointment first. I scheduled my first appointment and called back a few weeks later. Still won’t very my identity stating that I need to see the doctor first. My other doctor app I didn’t have to jump through this many hoops before. I could schedule ALL my appointments on the app no matter if it was my first or fifteenth appointment. Very poorly developed app and rude tech support which is more of a hindrance than a help.

And since the link expires in 15 min I’m not able to verify devices. The other Northwell app is not an issue.

It took too long to create an account because the app got stuck at confirm mobile “via text.” I waited several minutes and the app didn’t send the text. I asked to send another text, same result. Two texts finally came in back to back after 30 minutes, by which time they had expired and I had to have it send another text. Maddening.

I got a text about a new appointment. Ok great . Now what? Scroll through this, that, and other countless sites, example if I need an O B G YN? No, I’m 74 years old (male). Did I find the place for my appointment? No I didn’t! There’s got to be a better way...
