Not only is the app lousy but the insurance policy covers absolutely nothing !! You people should be in prison for theft !! I hope you go out of business and you know where you thieves !

Theres a lot of misconceptions from some really careless and dumb people in this review section that probably needs to be addressed. First of all, no, MyBenefitsKeeper is not insurance.. if you thought that, you may need insurance to pay for your psychological exam. MyBenefitsKeeper is a means by which Insurance providers are able to have customers easily manage their plans in one place. As well as make payments through one transaction. I have 2 plans I have, and they are managed by the MBK company. The fact so many people think this is somehow a scam shows their intelligence isn't really that notable. The 1 star reviews look like rants from middle aged ignorant facebook gremlins.. lol.

Yeah so the app has a “ remember me “ tab but its probably for decoration only because you will have to sign in every time you close the app. Fix?

Just found out THIS IS NOT INSURANCE!!!! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!! Specially in a time like we’re all in!!!! THIS MAKES ME SICK!!!!

I paid $233 for nothing. I was told I would get a benefits packet 7-20 business days. After 10 business days nothing from them! 11th day all of a sudden I get a welcome letter...no packet explaining coverage. So I called twice to cancel and had to argue on why I wanted to cancel this bs policy. Finally When I told them they’d be hearing from my attorney I got a email from them stating this bs policy is cancelled.
