Most inefficient App

I would rate 0 if possible! This took away all my ability to bring favourites into mobile. Now classic is an excellent app which provides seem less experience of website, but this one is useless. The search and the user experience is the worst I ever seen. Why is support for classic app is not there anymore, and why not all features moved to new app. It is so hard to find incidents.

Notification

I’m glad there is a notification. Could we please be able to modify it so that it can be louder and/or select our notification tone? Otherwise, it’s awesome. Great job.
