Maybe it hasn’t been so bad for others but setting my account up was horrific. I had to go over and over the same steps about 20 times without the app ever telling me WHAT the problem was. TBH, it’s not very intuitive and, to me, that’s crucial for a phone app

Too buggy frustrating!

This app crashes, fails to scroll, frizzes out so much that you need to close and restart to see your applied handicapping factors - so many times I was shut out - I have no idea about points earned etc cause that’s not explained..sticking with TwinSpires because all these bugs

Great app, but withdrawing money is shady.

Great app, but withdrawing money is shady. They make it hard to type the amount you want to withdraw, then they say you must wait seven days before you can withdrawal “for security reasons” but don’t explain why. A skeptic would say they want you to forget about the money.
