TrueCoach Connect for Android

I am experiencing same issue as other for months - blank screen when I open a client message. Have tried deleting and redownloading and keep expecting an update to fix, but nothing. Super disappointing because it is a great app for clients, but the Connect app is useless at this point. My workaround has been saving the browser page to my TrueCoach dashboard to my Home Screen so I can still respond to clients from my phone, but this is annoying to not be able to use an app designed for this.

Same issue as I see has been present for awhile. I click on a client message and get a blank white screen. Makes the app unusable :(

When I check messages or activity the screen goes white and freezes. This app simply doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting almost a year for this to be fixed and I haven’t seen any updates. I’m close to switching platforms since it’s affecting the level of communication I have with my clients.

My app will open fine, but anything I click thereafter (“Messages”) sends me to a white screen. Have to communicate with my clients solely over the laptop for now. At $25/mo and $60/mo, your app shouldn’t have issues like these. Big fail.

I receive notifications when clients complete workouts but when you open the app, it’s just a blank white screen and you need to force close the app. Actually, the only purpose TC Connect serves is to be a pager that notifies you to check TC on the actual app/website itself
