The SC300i is much improved over the original SC300. Results were a crap shoot with the 300, but the 300i hasn’t missed a shot yet. What bugs me is the lack of support. I’m using the new video feature, which is fine as far as it goes, but when deleting swings in the app the corresponding videos are not deleted from my device. Plus, there is no way to match videos in the app with videos on my device. Major pain. Also, there is a bug in the “export” feature which causes the output to be skewed and offset. Fix some of these things and maybe provide a way to compare swings and you’ll get 5+ stars from me…

Paired the app with my Voice Caddie 320i to use the video function. After about 15 shots a prompt comes up that if I don’t swing in the next 120 seconds, the app will stop recording. Don’t understand why as I’m going through about 40 golf balls in a practice session without any delays. Unhappy with this. If I just use the record video function without the app, I’ll have a complete record of the practice session.

Enjoy the app, but generally annoyed that with all the “bug fixes” in recent updates, the calendar displayed when looking at Stats by Date is a full month off. As of today, June 9, it logged my swing for June 9, but displays the Month of May. Please fix. This should be low-hanging big fix fruit.

I ordered the sc300 as an open box/no remote discount and I was very pleased that the app doubles as a remote. All the data was awesome too. Showed up almost instantly after each shot. One small tweak I would suggest is to raise the loft limits that you can customize for each club. I use some irons from the 80s and the lofts are just a bit higher than the club editor lets you modify.

The app is poorly written. As others have mentioned entering club details are inefficient but more importantly half the numbers recorded never make it to the app for display. Apex, smash factor, etc never get displayed.
