I opened up an account 6/15/2022 and played total of 18 days before they closed my account and stated to me by email They banned me for violating section 7.3 of their terms of service. I emailed them back asking for what I did… they would not email me back not even 1 reply. I deposited almost everyday about $70-$100… for the first 15 days Almost every single day I would loose the $70-$100…. And if one day I didn’t loose the $70-$100 then the next day I would loose double. So everyday my account went down my $70-$100 and I made a total deposit of $1000. There was not one day my balance would be up even by $1 for given a 24 hour period timeframe. So the last 3 days… after having my balance of $1000 come down to $30 only (I lost $970) then I stopped playing big tables and only played $1 (80%) and $3 tables only. And they had a contest if I played $10,000 worth of winnings (if I played a lot) I would get $100 bonus app credit and so I won the $100 for playing a lot and having $10000 worth of winnings (and $10970 worth of losses -guys don’t forget there is more losses then winnings). So after getting this $100 my $1000 balance $130. And since I stopped playing large tables anything over $1,$3 and I played 125 games per day… I happened to make $11.66 per day for the next 3 days (or $35 total).. so playing only small games and making $11.66 per day for 3 days total of $35 …. My $1000 initial balance became now $165. At this moment they closed my account and emailed me that I Have violated their section 7.3 (which talks about bots, cheating, hacking, loosing intentionally, having multiple account) which non Of that I did… I emailed them for exactly what I did. They have not emailed me back. Please guys… this company… staff are gellious that some players are making money and when they see that they aren’t loosing anymore money and have stopped the bleeding…and making a little bit… they ban them… and that’s what they did. I would not recommend to anyone… to invest their time and their resource in other peoples playground… especially a shady and weak company like skillz. There are thousands of bad reviews on BBB skillz also Reddit and all over the internet. Also guys in the first 15 days even I was loosing everyday $70-$100 for playing mid ($5/$10/$20) and large ($40,$100,$200) games. I emailed them and said that… I score 1200 or greater only about 11% of all my games (1204 and 1214) BUTTYT and opponents would score 45% of the time over 1200 of all the games I payed with them… AND THEY SCORED HIGH 1200 and low 1300… and this was the case for all tables for me $5 and higher.. and that’s why I lost… they told me… I don’t have to play cash tables and I can play practice tables instead and that. The higher the doller amount the more competitive it is. So I’m thinking they just keep matching to get the commission. This isn’t your playground guys and work with another company to build a back & forth relationship… Someone more reputable & strong also good reputation. Avoid SKILLZ… it is “STEALZ”… they want it nothing to do with skillz. All they want is everyone to loose money and everyone to keep making deposits. And when they see that your extremely cautious because you had enough and your able to fetch or yield $11.66 per day for playing 8 hours for 3 days after loosing $70-100$ per day for 15 days…. They ban you…. They will do this to everyone at one time or another… so my advice is … don’t waste your precious time into this… spend it on something that’s your playground.
