Disappointing

Beautyrest Black is the top of the line product. Being able to control the bed via my Android is an awesome option. Unfortunately this app is terrible, unable to sign in, sometimes the email address and password field are not visible, the password reset does not work. So disappointing.

Requires 2 Amazon accounts to control 2 sides of a split king

Can’t use the same phone/app to control both sides of the bed. Any even use the same Amazon log in. Who has separate Amazon logins for each family member I. The house? Also, the whole setup process is counter intuitive. Basically, this is useless.

Nothing like a $2500 base with a crap app. You can’t see what you’re typing on the screen....stick with the remote and hope your spouse doesn’t lose it.
