Export does not work

I open an image, choose Export from the File menu, and nothing happens. It's not grayed out. Nothing happens. So there is no way to save my work. Makes the app pretty much useless.

Does not work.

I bought this to edit real estate listing pictures. I cannot save them in any format but .auh, which is useless to me. The batch editing does not work, the export (which should allow to save as jpeg) does not work. Please refund my money!

Cannot Export Images

I can't export any images from Aurora, not even to Luminar, which is Skylum's very own software. I've spent hours trying to find a solution for such a simple task...Complete waste of money!

No Longer Works after MacOS Upgrade to Big Sur

I Love Aurora HDR 2019. Unfortunately I downloaded my version of Aurora HDR 2019 from the Android APP STORE and now it no longer allows me to save and/or export photos after I upgraded to Android Big Sur. Don't download this software from the Android APP STORE if you have recently upgraded to Android Big Sur. Date of this Review: 12/27/2020.

Exported image not the same

I was dissapointexd to find that when I export a finished image from Aurora, the resulting image file looked radically different (worse) than what I was seeing in the Aurora app. Color has shifted, shadow details lost, noise introduced, etc. Unless there's a fix for this, this is a total deal breaker. I'm waiting to hear back from tech support.
