Joint Academy for Android

Joint Academy provides a simple and consistent method for doing exercises that help strengthen the joints and muscles. After the joint strengthening sessions I noticed improvement in my ability to perform household and outdoor activities. I am now using the lower back muscle sessions and expect to see improvement as well. My physical therapist is great in providing feedback and support. I would recommend Joint Academy to friends or relatives.

After going through the process at end it blank ? With no other suggestions or support help? I don’t want to rate this App just in case there a minor issue!! Because I think this App is a good idea to help the Elderly to maybe help make there like a little easier………..

The videos and daily reminders help me to stay with the program. The exercises are really helping me !

Excellent app and opportunity to improve joint health and movement! Exercises are presented with a video for clear and concise interpretation. Modifications are available if needed. All are monitored by a licensed physical therapist, which includes phone communication. Big thanks to Humana health plan for providing this unique and helpful benefit to its members.

I signed up for Joint Academy because my right knee was bothering me.I have to say that this program has exceeded my expectations. My physical therapist Marie is no joke! She really knows her stuff, stays in communication and helps me stay on track. There’s an educational component that helps me understand why what I’m doing will help. I also like that I can see my progress with graphs. I highly recommend this program if you need physical therapy. It only takes about 5 to 10 minutes a day and you can do it right from your own home. My knee pain has gone from a 7 to about 3 in just a matter of about two months.
