Workouts For Men for Android

First, there is not much to this app. It does give you videos of how to properly do an exercise it has assigned you, but there is not even a repository to look up exercises. It has workouts by muscle group but if you start a workout routine, say back, it wants you to workout back for the next 20 days. There is no way to set up a realistic workout routine focusing on different muscle group by day…or different total body workouts each day. I’d take either, but this app is a waste of $40. I’m hitting myself for not listening to the other bad reviews, as the positive reviews are not aligning to the functionality of this app and thus must be planted.

I have tried to cancel this but I can’t find where I can do that. Can anyone help me with that? Thanks in advance.

Why this app doesn’t identity management capabilities is odd. Every single time I open the app I am asked again about who I am, my body type, and my fitness goals, prior to being able to get to the exercises.

How good do you think an app will be if you have to pay before use? It’s a money grab at best.

There is not such thing as targeted fat loss, I am sick of getting these ridiculous adverts for this program. While yes, a heavier person wanting to lose more weight quickly will have a different regiment than a thinner person wanting to build muscle, the “shape” of the fat does not matter. I wish I could post some of the screen shots of their ads I see.
