All my books and redeem points are gone.

Hi, this app has amazing books, I am really enjoying it!! But I have an issue! For some reason I am not able to collect the coins that I already won by joining on FB or sending to friends! Please help!

I’ve been complaining for three days. Your team can’t even be helpful. I do everything that they ask me to do the problem still occurs. Lately, there have been a lot of issues with the app and you know it. You just don't find it necessary to do the follow-up and fix the app. You just take your customers and authors for granted, it is working like that, and you will lose a bunch of us. We are investing in the app too, and the least you can do is make a statement apologizing for the bad service, and having a technical team on all the problems that we have now. I am very angry 👿 and disappointed with your bad service. 👎🏾

I don’t mind to pay for books to read, but the grammatical errors in these stories, the inconstancies in some of the stories, the long wait for one chapter at a time to be updated sometimes weeks in between and the fact that you have to buy coins to read so many chapters this is hands down the worse book app I have ever seen. I had deleted it and will not reinstall. The stories I was reading had a great plot just needed to use auto correct and make sure they were consistent with the characters.

This is really such a difficult app to navigate. Points or bonus points—whichever we actually need to unlock chapters are difficult to get. The further into stories you get points to unlock chapters go into the hundreds and it can take days to work up the points for it. These aren’t stories you can binge, however great they are it’s expensive. You can unlock points by BUYING more, so it’s like they’re running for your money. I’d rather go read on watt pad then have to sit and pay a ton per chapter.
