Busses often are not on their routes. Drivers look like they hate their lives. Some routes show no busses but I got on one????

Buses don’t follow the schedule, or even the route in the map. I was on the bus today that did not stop where it was supposed to, and went completely off map. We were waiting for a bus that was in the live map, but it was not in service, so it never arrived. The whole Winter Park shuttle system is a joke. We will drive next time.

I needed to use the shuttle during the snow routes, so I expected some things to be different, but the app made things useless. I was standing at the stop that the app designated as a Black Line stop, even though the sign at the stop said it was only for the Orange Line. No other stops were in the area on the app's map, and the Black Line was the only one running, so I continued waiting there. When it arrived, I saw my bus pull to an unmarked stop on another street in front of me, too far away for me to get there in time to be seen, then leave. This was after already waiting through 2 previous scheduled arrivals that never came because I hadn't realized I could watch the bus tracker on the map, and the bus was only coming hourly. It was too late and too cold by this point, so I cancelled my plans. The resort is nice though, it was a good vacation.

Y’all might want to think about putting all routes on a page with arrival times so the customer doesn’t have to look up every possible stop around them across every possible line. Do you though

The app doesn’t show where the busses actually are, nor does it provide a “real time” schedule as advertised. The website provides the actual schedule.
