Can’t log in without an error message and does not have the information needed for most questions. I have the most updated iOS16 on a nearly new Android. I’m forced to use a web browser to log in. The website is also plagued with issues. Even when logged in I get a blank screen until I log in at least three times. A big company like BCBS should be doing better.

Never works, not responsive login page, no proper data. Useless app
It’s nearly 2022 and Touch/Face ID isn't even enabled for this app. It’s a pain to need to manually enter login info every time I need to check something. Please implement this already. Update: Face ID had been implemented but this entire app is pretty much useless. You can’t even view claims for family members. The teams in charge of developing this app really need to step it up. The ratings speak for itself.
