Good but could be better

I started playing this because the office version is straight up trash (seriously… we waited 3 months for only FOUR new episodes?) this game doesn’t glitch nearly as much and I love the event competitions… but lately the color planet (puzzle game) ad is RUINING my gameplay. It pops up constantly for no reason, sometimes every 10 seconds it takes me to the App Store for that game. I’ve tried restarting the game and my Mobile… still happens. Needs to be fixed or I’m deleting the game.

It has never loaded.

This game is as bad as the office one only worse. This game has never, ever loaded for me. It gets stuck at 62%. I have deleted and reinstalled, I have contacted support and they are zero help. They need more devs or something. More beta testers or BAs to keep things in line… idk but don’t waste your time. It doesn’t work.

One suggestion

Idle games are some of my favorites. The one suggestion I have is to create a “no ads” option. Like, pay $2 and the buttons are instant instead of having to watch an ad. It’s something I purchase in every game 😂 other than that.. this is highly addictive. And I love it

Data mismatches ruin the game/$$ spends

DO NOT PAY FOR PURCHASES IN THIS GAME: BUGS WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE THEIR BENEFIT I had liked this game, but lately there have been a lot of “data mismatches” that pop up randomly or when you first log in, causing the game to reset. The problem is that this has started happening when you press the button to collect rewards from your rank/placement in the game’s 1- to 3-day multiplayer competitions, as well as when you log in to collect “away” earnings (that are necessary to compete and climb rankings to earn more rewards). In order to really raise your rankings in competitions, you need to pay $$. So I’ll pay up to $20 per game, only to (lately) not collect my rewards or to drop in rank from towards the top to towards the middle of 100+ players due to a bug with either the game’s app or server. This is unacceptable. It’s equivalent to theft, fraud, or gross negligence. Until they fix their bug that’s costing us $$$$, this game gets one star.

Adds are ridiculous

I get that you have to watch adds to get certain bonuses and I’ve made my leave with that, but lately every single add wants me to “verify my age,” which I refuse to do, and there is no way to get out of the add at that point other than verifying my age or forcing the app closed. So for reference, in the last five minutes I’ve had to close the app 7 times. C’mon, man. This is stupid.
