The game be freezing after I use a ⭐️ please fix it

I’ve been playing the game for a while and have enjoyed it. The last couple of updates are causing the app to lag and get stuck. I am having to repeat games 2-3 times before I actually get the credit and it is not allowing me to use stars

I submitted a review earlier but forgot to add - this game is so rigged it isn’t funny! In any event you’ll see minimal participation from other people… if you pull out to #1 suddenly 8 people are participating to push you down in the rankings with insane scores which are impossible to get so quickly. If you try to regain your ranking these “people” score even higher beating you out every time. It’s such a scam - you can literally never win. For instance, in the crown event, me and other participants had 8-10 crowns. The highest was 12. In the time it took me to move up from 5 to 15, the highest score was suddenly 51. That’s impossible. There’s no way they played that many games in the same time span as me.

Ridiculous! I wish I could give ZERO STARS. The developers of this game do not help with problems like freezing up or missing rewards..they predictably say “check your internet connection “ (as if I haven’t?!) OR “We’re working on it so just wait for the next update” (Wait months!) And now the updates are the worst problem… The last 3 or 4 updates have taken away more than they’ve added. Little by little the things I enjoyed working toward in the game have gone away - earning unlimited energy minutes, getting the boosters I use most often with coins I earned using the unlimited energy… hours of fun all gone! Taken away and replaced with what? Challenges with a new name and new characters that are just the same challenges with less to win?! It’s ridiculous. I am going to miss my teammates when I leave- and I’m definitely leaving when I use up what little of my resources are left after playing in these new ‘play less and earn less UNless you pay real money” conditions. No thanks.

I wish you guys would create a version for my windows computer. It’s too hard on the phone, I use to play on my Mobile but don’t have it anymore. Miss playing the game
