App does not connect.

I can’t say whether the other app functions work well or not as the app simply does not connect to the headphones. I’ve followed all the directions given multiple times and have, for good measure, tried all combinations of installing/uninstalling/turning off/turning on/forgetting device/etc. The app cannot find the headphones despite the fact that they connect and play from my phone instantly. The app “support” page on the website does not even have the right categories for seeking support (plus they ask for way more personal data than they should when all I want is product support). Pretty disappointing all around.

I wish we had more control of transparency mode with one headphone in. All other headphones I have tried let's you... It's so good too

Would give zero stars if I could

App is totally useless. I need to do a firmware update for my Momentum 3s but the app keeps randomly disconnecting during the update process and will not reconnect consistently. I even deleted and reinstalled the app to get a clean slate but it made no difference. Sennheiser very seriously needs to get their act together. If nothing else this app should not keep dropping connectivity with the hardware. That’s job #1.

It works fine

Idk what people are expected my from this app but my momentum 3 synced up immediately and I was able to change settings. It all worked exactly as expected.
