Good but one flaw

So I played this and I was really happy with it until the second time I open the app it crashed and then it crashed again minutes later it crashed again if the developers could see what’s wrong with it I would love it if they could fix it

Conveniently crashing

Every time I get 500 crystals (2 summons) it starts saying poor connection when I try the second one. It loops this message so I have to force close. When I open, my crystals are gone and I don’t get the chest or whatever. Every single time.

Glitches

When I’m at the portal, if try to summon right after I just summoned it glitches and it asks me to press retry but the game never reconnects. After I exit the app and i go back on it, it takes away my crystals. I’ve deleted it twice because I actually like the game and I want to try to play it. But this will be my last attempt. I’m not going to play a game that randomly takes away the crystals I earn.
