December simple and may only have one simple function but it does it well. I bought it because I wanted to track my V02 and while the Google health app does this already, I wanted a watch complication and I purchased this app to give me that functionality. At first it didn’t appear to work but it turned out I had to launch the watch app before the complication option appeared. To be clear this app does not compute VO2 max, it simply displays the data that Google calculates using your watch. To my surprise the app also sends me a push notification each time Google computes a new VO2 Max calculation which is a nice bonus I did not expect. Minus one star because I contacted the developer and they did not get back to me after 2 weeks.

Constant exercise companion

I love this app. I consider vO2 max perhaps the best indicator of overall aerobic fitness, and this app allows me to see how, overall, I am doing over time. It’s basic, sure, but it’s totally reliable, I don’t have to start and stop, and it also shows where I stand in my age range. The only change I’d like is to show data for more/longer than only a year.
