UniFi protect does not protect

Geofencing is not working same issues since many years. Suggesting to purchase the geofencing from a pet tracking company that works perfectly !

Great app and products but exporting clips needs help

It’s very difficult to export a specific event or clip. By default the time selection isn’t the part of action then dragging the sliders doesn’t update the frame so you can’t tell where to start. The only workaround to this is watching the time stamp on the clip then manually dragging the sliders to cover the time of the action. This actions should be obviously simple.

Decent, but needs improvement on iPad

Main issues are such: 1. Can’t hide timeline window, blocking the right side of the camera footage. I should be able to swipe that to the side and hide it like I can on the AppleTV app. 2. PTZ camera controls work, but I cannot move to my presets.

Infrared lacking

Overall nice product but infrared still needs work. If there is a light of any kind then infrared turns off. Need ability to schedule time to force infrared on regardless of light and then turn it back off during the day.

Pretty good but.

All and all its good. But the app keeps pinging even when I'm home and I have everything on my phone and through the web GUI set to only ping me when I'm away. Keeps sending notification even when I turn them all off
