App Icon Maker for Android

I downloaded this app excited to customize my phone for the first time. It was a free download, but when I went to customize an app, it said I had to pay. If you are gonna make someone pay $5.00 for customization, why not put it at that amount on the App Store?

I wanted to make icons but I needed a reference (or mobile app icon templates) to look at all once. Use it in design apps… Easy to install. They don’t have all the app icons, just the basics. For basic use and functions it’s free, and though they have a limited selection, all these icons will work with any theme you decide to use on your iOS. If you’re really bad with tech or need more variety, then pass. Or get help from someone who is. If you’re able to follow the directions they give you and need something easy to install, these look really nice. Or, if like me, just need a reference of icon packs, this works great. Cuts down on the design process.

This app has greatly improved over the last few updates. The wonderfully clever functionality is so easy to use, especially finding an icon- which is generously provided for you. There are so many to choose from, grouped by themes, and easy to search for. Custom icons easily made too from image files. Backrounds are perfect solids or gradient. Sizing, offset all easily adjusted. If you are an avid shortcuts user this is a must haveIt helps avoid visual confusion between what shortcuts you have on your homescreen. The icons are saved as a .png so you can use them in other ways too. Paid version is worth it, support your active devs!

This app does pretty much what I want it to however one option needs to be added. Please add the ability for no background color.

Let me just say that I think it’s a cool app, if it were free. I was just looking to change my icons on my new Android 13, bc shortcuts is being all weird. I came to this app in hope to get my own Home Screen, nvm tho because it costs $4.00 a month to use the stupid app, and let me just say, after spending money on a brand new phone the whole paying to have a nice home screen is not in my price range. Slightly dissatisfied with it, mainly because everyone is saying it’s so great until you have to pay for a Home Screen.
