Technician came to fix one issue and broke the leg and then he denies it and I have been struggling with this company for last 2 months and no one taking responsibility

A complete fricken joke. I spent hundreds of dollars on the extended warranty on my lovely white sectional, expecting to feel secure knowing my investment was protected. Boy was I wrong. It has been four long months since I filed a claim with Warranty Services and somehow my photos are still under review. What I thought was going to be a hedge of protection against damage to my couch has turned out to be much more of a scam than an investment protection. My once beloved piece of furniture is now an eye sore and the $300 dollars I spent on the warranty could have been a great Christmas for my children. Warranty Services instead has delivered a fat lump of coal. DO NOT PURCHASE A WARRANTY THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

So I was able to successfully submit a claim I must say it was easy to do for the most part allowing me to choose the issue I have and selecting them from pre determined categories. But it was a bit challenging as their were a lot of ones to choose from. Overall it was helpful to take appropriate picture and even asked for a video which I figured would add a extra set of evidence to the claim. Hopefully everything gets a positive response.
