I just wanted to wash my face?!

At first I would have to rebut the app twice. Now I can’t use the app with my device.

Not sure what the problem is. The app and FOREO product keep on disconnecting. Hence, I got tired and stopped using the product three weeks ago. I am writing a review now because I hope there are updates ASAP. Not a cheap product.

Scammers!!! Don't bother with this device!

I bought a Luna Foreo, three years ago, for about close to $300 and now it's pretty much useless. First off, I think it was already pretty stupid that you're not able to control your Foreo, which you paid for, without needing to register the product. And now, this problem with the app!!! Don't bother chatting with customer service, it's pretty much useless. They give you this five step troubleshooting which absolutely does not solve anything. Now, I'm being told to contact customer service to resolve problems with the app not recognizing my device. I feel like this is their company's ploy to rob people off and force them to get a new product. Scammers!!!

Why is it so complicated?

Why do we have to connect to the app to use our own foreo? It’s so complicated

All my saved products are gone

I have the Bear, Luna and UFO which were saved as my devices. The app was doing great until last night. Last night, I went into the Foreo app and I had to sign in again and when I did, all my devices are gone. When I tried to add them back, it says they’re already registered to “someone” and I can’t add it unless it is de registered. What the heck? These are not cheap products! How do I get this fixed?
