Firmware update 1.521 doesn't count step, so no tracking for walking and running. Counted 20 steps watch showed ZERO.

This is poorly designed app. Hard to connected, does not synchronize with watch easily.

Need to fix the app it won’t boot up keeps crashing. Unable to check the records or update anything on to the watch. It’s really frustrating can’t access stuff to update to the watch. I was able to finally get the app to work but know I upgraded the firmware and now the watch won’t do anything its just a paper weight.

Will not pair, blood pressure doesn’t match with the doctors office. Steps are not even what they should be, wore two watches and used a pedometer and my phone, phone and pedometer matched the other watch was off fifty steps and the watch I compared was a half mile short. I can see why the developer doesn’t collect any data, they are a waste of time and money. China

I've only had this watch and app for a day but I think I've discovered at least one of the main problems with the app crashing. The first time it crashed was after I set a few alarms and it would crash every time I tried to open it. I deleted the app, reinstalled and went through the whole process again. Same thing happened when I set the alarms, it crashed. I deleted it, reinstalled, haven't set any alarms and now I've been able to get into the app several times today with no issues of crashing. Random and slightly annoying but happy that it hasn't crashed again!
