Failed

When I try to get into the app I tryed to make a account and it kept saying failed idk what that means but I am very upset

Screen capture doesn’t work

When I touch the screenshot icon, it says “capture successful “ but can’t find the photo on phone. The icons on the screen to control the light are in the way. Link to app support is broken.

No longer works

Here we go again. New update and camera doesn’t work anymore. Second time this has happened. First time I thought just maybe something happened to the camera. Something definitely happened to it. It updated to the “you’re going to need to buy a new one” version. Not this time. Definitely looking for a different brand. I guess this is the quality you get with the made in China sticker on it. Should have known after the first one.

Can’t even get the app to open anymore?

Android 6s .... latest update (August 2020) just messed up everything. Click on the app to open and it just disappears. App appears to be open but I can’t bring it up on my screen. Reinstalled twice. Same issue. How do I revert to an older version? Terrible app
