App update breaks app

The last update issued 6 days ago broke the app for me and several others reporting the same issue on Facebook groups. I deleted app and reinstalled, but it just won’t connect anymore. It gets stuck before it actually loads/connects. You guys need to look into this issue and resolve it or roll back the update. We pay a lot of money for your annual service.

Do not install latest release

The latest release has resulted in a complete loss of my system on my Android. The update initially cause the app to crash during opening so I deleted it and reinstalled. That allowed me to open the app so I could try to add my system but it is perpetually stuck in “getting the latest settings/associating devices. Basically, I can only control my home from my main panel and that’s not really a good thing since we’re heading on vacation soon! Please test your updates before releasing them because this isn’t the first time an update has crashed my app.

Keeps crashing

This app is either crashing or performing poorly most of the time. Unfortunately, I am bound by my building and I need to keep using it. I wish I could switch to a different vendor.
