Signia App for Android

Previous app was great - I could test battery strength with it, control column and direction. Updated app lets me control column only. Old app was 5 stars - this one maybe 1/2 star

I agree with other reviews I’ve read. I believe my audiologist did a good job programming my aids to my specific hearing loss. I hear well with them. The app has few useful features and because of Bluetooth connectivity issues, I’ve found my only resolution is to reboot the phone and/or delete the app and reinstall. I think the additional totally useless and a waste of programming. A connection to phone customer support, better manuals and more app feature would be a much better use of programming. I find it easier to just use setting on my Android than even bother with the app. I’d also love if sign is would make remote access to Google Watch possible.

Something weakened the Bluetooth signal. I can no longer get a signal in both ears if I put the phone in my pants pocket. I have to hold the phone in front of me at chest level to receive a signal in both ears. I’ve had my hearing aids nearly 3 years and have never had this problem.

The app sounded like a Great idea when I purchased the Signa hearing aids, but the Sound Balance won’t stay on my choice! Set it put Android down- pick up & setting is back to 0.Treble is always too high! What is point of app? Fot the cost of these hearing aids it seems they could come up with a better app to support them!
