I have a great deal of respect for author’s intend. I suffer from sleep paralysis on daily basis. App has potential to get almost lifesaving for me, however at this stage it is pretty green. Ultimately it would be great to have a watch app to monitor vitals such as heart, breath, and specific movement patterns associated with problematic sleep, which (hinting) can be very individual.
