It’s pretty user friendly but I do wish you could see a weekly total of the hours you’ve worked without scrolling and adding them up yourself. Also would be nice if I could click a box when clocking out to reflect that I didn’t take a lunch.Since the latest update I have to get out of the app after typing my comment and go back in to get a “next” button. Also am seeing that after going through the entire process of clocking out, I am still clocked in. Frustrating!

I use this app for work but it is slow and has many repetitive and unnecessary steps if you answer no to a task. You have to give a reason and then hit the back arrow just to get to the next question. That is time consuming.

The app requires you to fill out a Covid screening when you clock in, and then it says it’s not complete until Covid screening is done. So then you have to go back and do it again. This app is pretty lame

Not user friendly. Frequently needs app reinstalled. Slow response. Task comments may need to be entered many times

Im a care giver and i always have problems to clock in. I have to call and fill the time sheet because the app always said I'm not in the client house. I can be inside the house and it always says that it does not have my location. I have set the location to be on all the time. For that reason i Always get paid late
