Good content, bad app

The content is great, lots of pictures from different angles, but why not let your users turn their devices into landscape mode and view full screen? Even your videos are locked to portrait mode. Your website also really can’t handle zooming in.

SCAM!!!

SpotAHome is a complete scam. I booked an apartment in Spain and the landlord stole my security deposit. SpotAHome has no customer service or accountability. The landlord blocked me on WhatsApp and SpotAHome says they can’t help. NEVER EVER use this service. AirBnB will always be king. This is a scam that lets landlords take advantage of tenants. 0 stars

PLEASE BE CAREFUL

I never write reviews so that has to tell you something. I had a terrible experience with the place I booked and costumer service said they couldn’t do anything because I didn’t report it in the first 24 hours ,BUT THEY WERE THINGS THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN IN THE FIRST 24 hours!! I wished someone had warned me so I hope this helps someone else! Please don’t use this service!!
