Polca for Android

This app is great! For a guy that has 20+ paid and free retro photo and video apps, this was a welcome. Why? Simply put, simplicity! My biggest problem with those other apps is that there are to many choices! To many filters and films. I want that analog look I got when I was shooting film as a kid. The early 90’s were great! But there’s so many choices that are just a subtle variation from the previous filter. I can never decide, they all look good! This app has taken care of that! It has an 80’s and 70’s look to the pics, a nice simple frame around the pic and that’s it. You open it and just shoot. No filter picking, or film selection, or light leak choices. It’s all chosen for you. Freeing you to just shoot. While I still use those apps a lot, because this look while being good, is not for every occasion, I do love keeping this open in my app switcher and coming to it now and again to fire off a few snaps during a fun night or a day out. It won’t replace every analog app you have, but when you just want to shoot and not be bothered with the choices, this will be your go to every time. Especially for the price! Solid app! And their 4tomatic app is especially nice as well for those times you need a mobile, no fuss, photo booth! Great job all, keep up the good work!

I’m sorry but your app is beyond pointless. If someone is looking to take pics with an app that has a somewhat interesting, retro user interface then that’s about all that it’s good for. No choice of filters, no way to apply filters to other pics, no guidance on what does what in the app and nothing in he settings to modify, other than sound on/off. No good.

waste of money do not buy. it’s the most basic app that only lets you put a filter on if you take the picture using the app you can’t upload any pictures from your camera roll. would not recommend

I wish I could edit photos that are on my camera roll! Besides that A+ app!
