Such a cute game I love it so far

Hello I enjoy playing Bloomberry. The game has been stuck on level 1286 forever. I have written quite a few requests asking why this has happened and no response to date. Can you please be so kind and respond? I keep getting notices that the berries have to ripen in order to go to the next planet, every time I try to play the game. It’s very disappointing to have this happen after spending time and money on something you enjoy and have it come to this. Hello again Can you please explain why I cannot play a game in which I have played for along time and put money into for months? The game leads you to believe that you will go to a new planet. That planet is yet to be seen on my end. To not get a reply after several attempts to contact you is insulting. It may be a technical issue, however a reply would be nice. Thank you Hello again I am following up on my request of quite some time ago. Is anybody there? I was a big fan of Bloomberry however my enthusiasm for the game is starting to fade. Too bad. I now cannot get access to the wheel in addition to not getting access to the new planet after spending money and time to get there.
