To make this short. The app it self is a ok app. Easy to use, easy to understand what things are as well as it gives you info icons that explain what each switch dose. BUT. It still lack the main use functions that allow easy connection to other Bluetooth headsets. It should give you the option to see who and if your even linking up with another headset. And easy function text set ups, that allow you to control if voice commands better from your headset to your phone. Most of all it’s not being updated and bugs fixed the why it should. It’s easier to use then the last n-com app. But not by much. Other issues I’m having may or may not have to deal with the app, but the n-com headset itself. Any changes you have to your headset should appear in the app without having to plug everything into a computer. And that gives less info then the app. I’m trying my hardest to root for Nolan and their product. But the lack of customer support and service with these issues are making me say good bye. And I love the helmets.
I see this newer app by Nolan is actually developed by Sena. That might explain why it works well. My old B4+ had no Android app and no Android compatability. Either way, my N100.5 helmet and N-Com B901LR work great with this app, my Android 7 and Android app as well. Finally, Nolan has got it all to work well together!
