Gone downhill

I have used this app for years. But recently the interface seems unstable. I finally broke down and paid the 2.99 for ad free. I still got ads. Contacted customer service about it. No response. Today, while trying to use, it was shimmying so much I basically got seasick. I deleted and am back here on the app store looking for a substitute.
