UBell for Android

When I first downloaded the app and started using it you could rewind on the live recording screen and now you can’t. Which is annoying because I’ve had instances where I needed more than the 8sec clip given to me. I hope that gets fixed. The quality however is not awful. It could definitely be better but it gets the job done. Also I’ve had people drop off packages and never got it on PIR. But when the wind blows too hard it catches that. It’s super sensitive but also not sensitive enough in some instances. If it wasn’t free I would 100% return it.

We have tried everything we can and still the doorbell will no longer ring our Android 11 phones and, the PIR does not work either to ring our phones. We get video stream ok as well as voice but nothing more. Well, we are fed up with this issue now. Time to put them in the trash.

UPDATE- Never responded to my email or review on here. Don’t buy this, there is ZERO customer service. 1 🌟 Doorbell suddenly disconnected. When I reset, device will not enter pairing mode. I’ve tried sonic configuration, QR code configuration, nothing. Worked for a few months before suddenly stopping. That’s the only reason it got 2 🌟 instead of one. The worst part is that it seems impossible to reach any customer service. Hopefully someone gets back to me, but as of now it seems like a have a pretty doorbell with a non-functioning camera on it.
