Carvana for Android

I ordered a black truck and got an egg plant purple with a broken tail light. It was clearly listed as black; nevertheless showed up purple. I ordered another truck, three weeks have passed, and the purple truck is still in my driveway. I can’t drive it because it has a broken tail light and my delivery date on the new truck has been moved 3 or 4 times. I’m without a vehicle and hope my delivery date isn’t pushed again. Overall, this was a poor experience.

Bought a car from here, in desperate need of one, ASAP and was told I would have the car delivered to me in 2 days, only to find out the day of that a couple parts were missing- which would delay the delivery for a whole week! Noooooooooooo. I don’t understand why the car was listed without all the parts ready to go. Bummer- but hopefully I get a call that it’s ready sooner than a week because I. Need. It. Update: received my car and all was good except a crack in the windshield so they replaced it the next day. The service agent was great and it was a quick east process. The app is perfect!

Car inventory is not accurate just wish carvanna did a better job keeping up with inventory

I purchased a vehicle on 6/25 I actually signed contract in 6/11 had insurance in this vehicle since then. My 30 day tags run out on 7/25 and I get a message today that they are sorry for the delay. So not only am I going be without a vehicle to drive I went to my DMV there is nothing on record that Carvana says I have bought this car. DMV told me to reach back out to Carvana it was against the law for them not to provide me a tag. I keep getting a run around in their customer service saying they can not issue me another 30 day tag. I get unprofessional text messages!!! I had purchased extra insurance and the first week I purchased tire light kept coming on I call them within 7 days they tell me tires are not covered. So I had to pay to take it to tire shop to get fixed. Car is running great. Two weeks into driving I had to change the oil and only drove 400 miles. Lesson learned. If I have to get a rental car to drive to and from my job I will seek legal advice on this!!!

The car detail page has WAY too much info on it. I can safely assume the car has cup holders and a rear view mirror. I don’t want to read a wall of text to find the key features like seat warmers for example. Also search. Every time I modify my search it clears the input even if I want to add to the previous search. Doesn’t seem to handle moderately specific searches either.
