Very basic

All this does is set a reminder every 45 minutes. Doesn't check to see if you've moved or ask you to confirm you've stood/walked, and doesn't automatically start itself or only work in certain days (like the work week), just resets itself so you can hit start again. Seems like it does less than if you were to just set a reminder with Siri. Also, the app UI doesn't fill the screen on my X.
