Avoid. False billing. Zero customer service.

Twenty minutes to get to a human being. I was billed $50 mxn for parking outside a designated zone, they say. They choose to ignore that their own signs at parking stations state that there are various parking zones within their own biking zone. Relying on their own signs, I parked at one. I will never use these sleazeballs again.

If only…

This is a great service and makes it very easy to get along the Malecon. If only the maintenance on the bikes were better and when you lock them up it actually registered. I’m getting tired of having to call them to find out why my app is saying the bike is not locked when it clearly is. Also, beware not to leave the bike Anywhere but designated locations. Don’t be confused by the map at the locations because it is incorrect.
