As reported with others, Choose Player with no players to Choose. Delete and re-install does not work with Mobile. Contacted USTA Customer Care.

The App Keeps Crash - Can’t even Log in. Please help

Hello Developers, I think a patch is needed. I can’t login to even the transferred website it takes me to sign into my Usta account. The screen goes blank to the blue net gen screen background, followed by loading wheel. And then it crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled 7 times and it still does. Please help as basically all the net generations features are no longer on the website anymore. Thanks

Stuck on Choose Player

I finally got logged in but app is stuck on “Choose Player” screen with NO players to choose. Deleted app and downloaded again only to be conveniently stuck on same screen.
