Walmart ReliOn Life for Android

This app was doing great until today. I had the pin option set for getting into the app quick rather than interning email an password. Today the app asked for email and password but it didn’t remember my password so I had to reset it. In order to do that I had to answer two security questions THEN had to use a 6 digit code that u couldn’t copy but had to enter manually. Once I was finally in the app had lost all my previous readings. I was frustrated with all the levels of security just for an app the assists in blood sugar reading. Three security questions, email and password and PIN numbers. Why all the security. My bank doesn’t even ask for these levels of protection. So frustrating.

Worked good for about a month then no more Bluetooth communication. Called and talked to customer service , they finally sent me a new meter. Then it quit working after about a month. Called back , went through the same routine with a rude lady and was basically told it’s my problem not there’s.

It syncs just fine with the ReliOn device, but that’s it. It does not sync with Google Health and there is no way to export the data to present to my provider. I still have to manually enter reading onto my own spreadsheet. A waste of time.

Tried numerous times, would not connect to Bluetooth

Very insecure and too much personal info. With no mfa and weak passwords generated in phones, this is a databreach waiting to happen. The app will not let you proceed unless you enter your doctors info. That’s too much personal info. For shame.
