I love this game but somehow I lost this game on my tablet. How can I get back this game since it is so addictive...thanks

I have been trying since NOVEMBER its now JUNE to get customer service to get back to me. I got a new phone, my progress didn’t transfer i asked them for help if they could AT ALL but no response whats so ever.!!! Super unhappy. NOW it wont connect to the “tournament server “ OR connect to Facebook? So features of the game are not even available to me. I also have contacted Facebook but to no surprised they haven’t gotten back to me either go Zuckerberg! 🤬

Second Edit: up to two stars from one star. I am now able to log in with my old account, after approx 24 hours. Support didn’t reply, but the log in button appeared when I tried to start the game this time. The Cookie Fish is still stuck on “calculating results” though. First Edit: down to one star from my previous two star review. In an attempt to fix the Cookie Fish “calculating results” problem plaguing the game for months, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Now it won’t let me log in with my old account, where I was well into the 1000’s levels. It’s making me start the game all over again and years of progress are gone. First review: Even though there hadn’t been any updates, it was still fun to progress through the levels. Now that’s gone. I would give this game five stars if it hadn’t seemingly been abandoned. Yes, five months ago new some new levels were added, but there is no new main content to the story, which is where you spend the stars that you earn from the new levels. There are clearly whole sections of the ship that you can see were meant to advance the story and let players spend stars to clean up rooms and place furniture. But the developers haven’t added any player content to this for a long time. I would love to continue the story. Instead, for many months, perhaps even a year now, I’m stuck in the middle of the story like everyone else, because the devs won’t add content. I’m still holding out hope that this will change, and if it does, I’ll amend my review.

This is my all time favorite game in at level 471… but for some reason for about a month now .. the cookie fish tournament won’t allow me to play is just says it’s calculating results and it may take a while. .. please please fix this please

Along with a lot of other players, this used to be my favorite game and I played it every day. My favorite part of the game was the Miranda tarot/fish competition. Unfortunately, this section froze, “Calculating Results,” and never came back. After checking back on the game occasionally over months, a query to Support about the problem went unanswered. Giving up, I deleted the game and redownloaded it. No game history was saved and I had to start again from square one. And…sadly…as soon as the first Miranda game was completed, I see the game has frozen once again. Looking at the Munchkin Match FB page, it appears to be untouched since 2019. I’d say the game has been abandoned and you’ll just be disappointed in the long run.
