Works perfectly!!

I use the Android OS on a Android and Android XS. Latest OS versions. The App connection to our helmets (C4 Pro) and SC1S communication units worked seamlessly! And the Android firmware updater was easy to download and set up! Latest firmware versions installed on both helmets… I’m impressed!

Doesn’t Work with latest Mac OS

If you have Android OS Big Sur installed this app doesn’t see any of the Sena/Schuberth headsets. I had to use my wife’s Android with an older OS in order to update the firmware on two helmets. SC10U in C3 Pro and SC1A in my C4 Pro. Once I change computers and OS everything went smoothly. Schuberth or Sena needs to up date the app so it works with the current Android OS.

Abysmal

Schuberth is incompetent, their products and software are dysfunctional, and their customer service is worse. Add Sena to the mix, another hopeless company with big-ridden products, and you get an app like this. The Android OS X software is worse. Why can’t I leave zero stars? What about negative 5 stars?

Firmware update doesn’t work

The app says I need to update the firmware. In order to do it, I apparently need to download another app on my Android and follow the instructions. And of course my usb device is not recognized so I can’t upgrade. This app is pretty useless and buggy, the instructions are horrible and outdated, very disappointing.
