Lost Island for Android

The game is fun, but I have run out of areas to update, and it’s been well over a year. I also keep running out of levels to play and have to wait weeks for new levels. It’s a shame, because I love the graphics for renovating the areas & the levels are fun. I’d give 5 stars if the developers were more on top of updates.

I have been playing this game for many years. It’s one of the last games that hasn’t become money hungry. The gameplay is fun. However there are a few downfalls. Customer service doesn’t respond or help!!! That’s the biggest problem. If you play for years like me you will make it to a point where you have played all the puzzles. Then you get the legendary levels. They are extremely hard! It tells you when they will begin and then they don’t. You can’t even play to do the daily challenges. It is the end of May and no new levels have been added since August of last year. So you can only help teammates with lives and that’s all the game play you have left. I have sent customer service several messages and not one person had gotten back to me. So while this game is fun for a while it does stop. So keep in mind this is a game with no help with glitches! No response from customer service. No new levels. That is why I’m giving it 1 star. If they fix this I will change my rating but I’m not holding my breath!!!

I generally enjoy playing the game. It’s challenging enough without being to frustrating. However the reason for 1 star is because I’ve beaten all of the exploration/ expansion levels and it’s been way to long since you’ve done an update that includes further exploration and renovation. Any idea when you might be addressing this issue? Sorry for the run on sentence. KC

I have been ready for level 5101 for months now, and have had no new quests available to me for over a year. I loved this game, but if you’ve given up updating the levels and quests, I guess I should give up too. I’ve played the legendary arena over and over, but am tired of repeating the levels there.

I have played this game for a long time. I’m on level 5101 and there have been NO new updates in over 6 months. They have something to play called legendary arena but you play the same stuff over and over again. I have sent emails to support but you don’t hear anything back. Find something else to play
