Unwanted shooting

I love this game but all of a sudden today it started rapid fire shooting on its own & won’t stop. I don’t want to delete the game because of my bullet buddy & coins. Please fix.

Zone 3-2

Great game. One of my favorites, until I got to the last monster I had to beat in 3-2. The character flies up into the walls of the board and cannot be reached by any weapons. Please fix this glitch! I haven’t played in months due to this issue! 😩😩😡😡😡
